Lavazza Blue 2810

The Lavazza 2810 is an espresso machine that brews using individual Lavazza Blue capsules. This model is perfect for restaurants and smaller food service operations thanks to its manageable, compact frame.

Unlike larger models, the LB 2810 does not feature "auto-eject" for spent capsules. But many other features are included, such as a roof that doubles as a heated cup rack, a hot water dispenser, and an automatic "Cappuccinatore" milk frother.

Lavazza Blue machines brew only using Lavazza Blue capsules. Each capsule provides a single serving of espresso, pre-ground, pre-measured, and sealed to preserve freshness. Lavazza Blue capsules for tea and cocoa are also available. Place the capsule in the machine, press a button, and let the machine do the rest. The Lavazza Blue system is designed to be easy to use, with minimal preparation or clean-up.
